The dynamic aspect of farm and ranch sales is that in many cases, improvements -- such as site-built homes, mobile homes, barns, workshops, etc. -- are part of the sale. With that in mind, it's important that your Realtor® is able to value said improvements. While many farm and ranch brokerages won't learn the residential side of things, we think it's important to know it all and to know it all well. It requires more effort, more research, and more behind-the-scenes requirements (credentials and dues), but we think it's worth it if we can serve our clients better.
