She had a listing in the area that didn’t quite meet our needs and initially, I told her we were not actively looking. But that changed a few months later and the adventure began. Ashley took us to at least six different developments in the Hill Country. We were coming from out of town and Ashley would always preview the lots before we arrived, not only so she could drive us directly there but also to make sure the lot would be something that we would want to see. She learned our priorities and what we wanted in a land purchase and a couple of times, she drove out to a lot and took videos and advised us the lots would not be worth a trip.
